Naylors named 'Office Agency of the Year' at North East Property Awards

We were delighted to win the award for ‘Office Agency of the Year’ at the recent Insider Media North East Property Awards. Other companies shortlisted for the award include Bradley Hall, Gavin Black & Partners, Cushman & Wakefield and Dodds Brown.
Its been a busy 12 months for our Office Agency team – Simon Taylor, Jessica Simpson and James Fletcher who have secured a number of significant deals and new instructions including the sale of Salvus House in Durham and their appointment on the Vaux site in Sunderland on behalf of Siglion.
The event, which was held at the Marriott Gosforth Park and hosted by author and comedian Ian Moore, was launched to recognise the excellence of the sector in the region and to reward the very best property companies, developments and deals over the last 12 months.
Philip Cunliffe, Insider’s regional business editor, said: “There is clearly an appetite for these awards, providing as they do a wonderful, timely opportunity not only to showcase many of the excellent companies, developments and deals in the North East but also to gather the sector together for an enjoyable night of celebration.”
