New building surveyor joins the team

We are delighted to welcome a new building surveyor to the team at Naylors.

Scott Clarke has joined our expanding building consultancy department and will be working with the team to deliver a variety building surveying services including design work, party wall, dilapidations and schedules of condition.

Scott has a 2.1 honours degree in Building Surveying from Nottingham Trent University and is working towards becoming fully chartered. He previously worked in a similar role at Capita.

Scott said: “I was attracted to Naylors as they are a forward thinking practice based in the city centre of Newcastle. The building surveying department has recently undergone a restructure and I felt the future goals of the team aligned with mine, and would allow me grow alongside them.”

Scott joins new recruits Martin Watson and Adam Carter, who have also recently joined the firm as building surveyors.
