Chris Pearson started his property career as a central London office agent with De Groot Collis who merged with Chesterton. He became a West End office agency director before moving to Newcastle where he held the senior post of Regional Director with responsibility for offices in Manchester, Leeds and Newcastle. Chris Pearson joined Gavin Black & Partners as a Partner in 2004.
He works with various private investor clients advising on their commercial property portfolios as well as many public and private sector organizations with the emphasis on the acquisition, sale and letting of commercial property.
Chris Pearson is also an acknowledged office agency specialist responsible for number of prime instructions in Newcastle including Trinity Gardens and Stockbridge House for Aberdeen Standard, The Pearl development for Hermes and Time Central for Brewin Dolphin. He is also working on many high-profile projects out of town including the refurbishment of Cobalt 8 and INCA at Cobalt Business Park together with various instructions at Quorum Business Park.
He is Chairman of the North East Regional Board of the RICS and a well-known figure in the local property community. His main hobby outside the office is open water swimming with recent challenges completed including swimming the channel as part of the Geordie Shore to Shore team, Coniston End to End and the Thames Marathon.
