Naylors Gavin Black is celebrating a successful first year in business with the recruitment of three new members of staff to further strengthen its team.
In Facilities Management we have welcomed Georgia Denton who joins us following roles with St John Ambulance and Capita. Georgia is responsible for managing maintenance and services across 110 buildings as well as budgeting and project work alongside colleagues in the Property Management team.
Georgia has recently completed her NEBOSH qualification and is studying for her IWFM qualification to further her knowledge within the FM sector.
Our Accounts team has been strengthened with the appointment of Matthew Lowdon who joins us as Assistant Accountant. Matthew is responsible for accounting duties within the Property Management team including budgeting, debt & expenditure reporting and service charge reconciliations.
Matthew is qualified with the Association of Accounting Technicians and is currently furthering his professional development by studying to become a Chartered Certified Accountant.
In Agency, Jennifer Morse has joined us as an Office Administrator. Jennifer’s previous roles include Client Services Manager for Square One Law and PA to the Director of Marketing and Business Development at Ward Hadaway as well as having over 7 years’ experience as a Legal Executive within the property department.

These jobs have come about as a direct consequence of the merger as we see continued growth across all service lines.”
