We are celebrating disposing 40,000 sq. ft. of industrial space on behalf of our client Buccleuch Property, to one of the North East’s best-loved brands - Ringtons.
☕ Our building consultancy team did the dilapidation work and project managed a complete, £0.5 million
refurbishment to the former Royal Mail depot in North Tyneside.
☕ It has delivered much-needed, quality industrial space to the under-supplied North East commercial
property market. And was snapped up!
☕ The warehouse property on Balliol Business Park is back to ‘as-new’ condition.
