- Our imminent move to One Strawberry Lane is part of our ambitious growth plans and to help meet our
sustainability goals.
- The new environment will help us better support the wellbeing of our 36-strong team, improve client
meeting provision and attract and retain future talent and clients.
- We've seen our head-count increase in recent years due to expansion.
- In particular, our building consultancy team has a buoyant pipeline of work and our property asset
management department now manages over 3.5 million square feet of commercial space, for clients
including Buccleuch, Cable Properties & Investment, and Europark - covering the length of the UK.
- We are part of The Commercial Property Network which gives our clients national reach as part of an
affiliation with 30 other independent commercial property consultancies across the UK.
