We are delighted to have worked with our joint agent Cushman and Wakefield to help deliver a vibrant trade park which I am sure will prove to be a popular destination in the years ahead.”
Since completion of the development. Earlsway Trade Park has also attracted tenants including Ward Air, Camden Group, Buy Smart, Karm Design and Q Interiors.
Duncan Christie, industrial agency surveyor at Naylors Gavin Black added: “The success of Earlsway Trade Park has come as a result of the strength of the location but also the quality of the design and construction of the scheme.
“The development has proved to be very popular amongst businesses looking for a trade counter facility, together with a workshop or office.”
