Whether you are looking for a Private Suite or coworking space, The Lamp House can accommodate your needs. We have a range of formal and informal spaces where members can meet and socialise with colleagues, in addition to desk space.

An executive meeting room, Lumen, provides a stimulating environment in which to meet with colleagues, both virtually and in person.

Lumen can be booked on an hourly basis using a booking system. Being a suite member entitles you to meeting room access, for a set number of hours per month. Additional hours are available at a discounted rate.

LAMP SUITE INCLUDING LIGHTHOUSE SUITE

29.3m allowing up to 8 members of working space. This room also incorporates the Lighthouse Suite of 14.3m. The Lighthouse Suite can be used as an additional working space for up to an additional 4 members or as your companies own private meeting room.

BEACON SUITE - 32m

Beautifully decorated in Hicks Blue, again on the first floor, Beacon overlooks the front of the Lamp House. The suite allows space for up to 10 members. The suite comes with one parking space at the front of the Lamp House.

LUMIERE SUITE INCLUDING THE LUX SUITE - 41.2m

Situated on the ground floor at the front of the Lamp House, Lumiere has exposed brick walls and tastefully decorated, this suite is a combined office and meeting space that can accommodation up to 12 members. This suite comes with one parking space at the front of the Lamp House.

LANTERN SUITE - 21.5m

Situated on the ground floor of the Lamp House, this suite can accommodate up to 6 members. With access to high speed internet and access control for security to your room. One of the fire exits is situated in this room which has access to Benton Terrace.

SWAN SUITE - 14m

Swan is a 4 member room situated on the top floor, this is a light and airy room with velux windows and air conditioning. £880 + VAT for month.

EDISON SUITE

Edison is a 3 member room also situated on the top floor - a light and air room. £600 + VAT per month

SANDYFORD SUITE

Allowing member space for 2 people. Sandyford is located on the half landing. Access to a plasma TV in this room and benefits from air conditioning. £440 + VAT per month.

Parking is available in the area at the NCP car park located on Sandyford Road at a cost of £4 per day (subject to NCP price rises). A limited number of parking permits are available, the cost recharged with a small admin fee.
