Naylors to market City Quadrant office and retail space
A prominent city centre office building has undergone a major transformation to create a range of individual Grade A office suites in response to a high level of demand for small, flexible office space.
Naylor’ office agency team has been appointed as letting agent to market the fifteen newly created office suites and a large leisure/retail unit on the ground floor and basement at City Quadrant.
The privately-owned, mixed use development which was built in 2005, comprises 23,000sqft of office space as well as residential and leisure/retail accommodation and is situated on the corner of Westmorland Road and Waterloo Street.
