Office letting secured at Bowesfield Park
Our Office Agency team has secured a 4,700 sq ft office letting at Bowesfield Park to a successful North East digital marketing agency.
Colewood has chosen the unique mixed-use development site in Teesside as its new headquarters.
Bowesfield Park, which sits on the banks of the River Tees in Stockton, was developed by regional development company Banks Property.
Originally founded in 1999, Colewood offers the full range of digital marketing services, including website ‘pay per click’ management, search engine optimisation, email marketing and website conversion rate optimisation.
Colewood joins a number of other commercial occupants, including Sanderson Weatherall, BHP Law, Archers Law, Handelsbanken, Audi, Lexus, Toyota and nursery chain Kids 1st, at Bowesfield Park.
The 35-hectare site also includes over 230 homes and a 15-hectare wildlife conservation area, and plans are currently being progressed to build a further 185 homes on the site in the future.
Naylors’ Head of Office Agency, Simon Taylor, who brokered the letting on behalf of Banks Property said: “This is a great result for all concerned. The standard of accommodation at Kingfisher Court is exceptional and it is great to bring in another fantastic name to the scheme following on from the recent letting to Sanderson Weatherall. We are currently talking to a number of interested parties about the remaining suites and hope to make further announcements soon”.
